Bottom line: You are not allowed "root" or "admin" access to the
server and you are only in charge of your data. Your access is
limited to either FTP or authoring tools such as (but not
limited to) MacroMedia, Visual Interdev and FrontPage. We take
care of the rest. If the Operating System, any installed software or hardware break, we
fix it. We are responsible for the O/S, all
installed applications, security patches, service packs, server
hardware, redundant power, cooling, switches, routers and
bandwidth. In addition, all of our Managed
Hosting plans include our Full Daily Network Backup Service. This is a $30
per month value.
